Not expanding properly

I am having an expansion problem that I do not understand.
i have a superprompt template that I want to feed to ChatGPT every time I start a new prompt.

Now If I choose normal text it results in giving me various lines to choose from.
If I set to rich text it does not expand in the chat gpt window, however it would in Word.
I have no clue what to do so this just expands properly everywhere.

You should use Non formatted text. The issue is that you are using a delimiter "/" as a first character in a new line which divides multiple substitute actions for the same abbreviation. You can change the default delimiter in Preferences > Text Expander.
