Match Case

I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find it.
In Text Expander, I want the following:
rem = review email
Rem = Review email

I have tried to tinker with "Adjust to typed case" and "case sensitive" to no avail.

Enabling "Adjust to typed case" option in Preferences/Text Expander does this. It works with Non formatted text.
