Close Excel and back-up file

This one may be impossible but I was hoping to do this: Double-press ESC and have FastKeys close excel AND also have carbonite back up two files.

Currently,
A. I close the two excel files I rely on,
B. Right click on each file
C. Click "Show More Options"
D. Select Carbonite
E. Select "Back up this file as soon as possible"

If the second part is not available, how do I just close excel and lock my PC? hanks for any insight!
