I like the option in FastKeys where a given keyboard shortcut will lead to a popup and then you can choose from the multiple options you have populated it with

I have one for personal information and it has at least 20 entries and likely to grow over time

At the moment, the first nine items have a number in from of them which you can use to select that item but if finishes there so any other items require navigation by the arrow keys

If letters were used instead of numbers then you could have 26 labelled items to select from which would be preferable

Have you tried pressing Alt + Space for the Quick Find?

Thanks. I use Alt Space (via PowerToys) for general Windows search and works well
However I could set up another keyboard shortcut for FastKeys search and that could help
