Text expander not working with more than 15 charecters in Notepad++

Text expander is not working in Notepad++, but only in some cases.
To my understanding it does not work with more than 15 characters.

Key delay has no effect and I have no restrictions set.
This happened after FastKeys update. Downgrade to 4.3 does not help, worked in version before that.
Works ok on other aplications.

Have you recently upgraded Notepad++? This must be caused by one of the settings or plugins in Notepad++.
To avoid this you can try enabling “Use clipboard” option.

Thank you for your reply. No, I did not upgrade Notepad++. I also tried "Use clipboard" and it does not help
