Can you please check if saving the settings (Ctrl+S) solves your issue or you need to reload FastKeys?

I would like to ask about the possible difference between the Reload option and completely stopping and restarting FastKeys. Are these actions equivalent? So far I have just been doing "Stop/Start fastkeys.exe".

Respectively whether the status can somehow affect it if I run fastkeys as admin?

No difference, Reload runs FastKeys.exe again. Running as admin could help, it depends on the conflicting software.

Can you please check if saving the settings (instead if Reload) also help?

I have Win 10 Pro installed on my PC. The PC is on almost continuously, FastKeys running as Admin, PowerToys running at the same time. In FastKeys activated modules Text Expander, Shortcuts and Start menu.

After about 3 hours of not using FastKeys (and PC) it stopped working, but e.g. in notepad it was possible to write more texts.
After pressing CTRL-S the keyboard completely locked up, no commands for FastKeys could be entered or plain text could be typed.

After Reload, FastKeys functionality and plain text entry restored.

Second attempt using CTRL-S...
PC left on all night. In the morning I don't work FastKeys Shortcuts, Text Expander but only in some applications (Xshell (https://www.netsarang.com/en/Xshell/), Putty) .
In Notepad++ or LotusNotes the same actions work.

After pressing CTRL-S in FastKeys, FastKeys started working even in those applications where it stopped working.

You need to find the software which does this on your computer (anti virus, security, keylogger, other automation software etc). Try to disable one by one in Task Manager.

I understand that FastKeys uses technical procedures that may conflict with other programs.
By shutting down some software, I may be able to find out which application is causing the collision. However, the solution for me is not to not use that application because it conflicts with FastKeys. One solution may be to set such conditions (e.g. automatic reload) so that FastKeys can run.
I made a script that executes CTRL-S every hour and it seems to work. :-)
