items in Start Menu not working

Hi Tom,

Out of a sudden, items in my start menu will not work, or if they do, (for example opening webpages) an instance of another chrome will open (opening some other random websites that i have visited before) along the intended website.

Another instance of error that won't trigger including document which i have pointed from and toward the destination folder, will not work anymore even i have double checked the explorer link properly. Any help other than re-install?
