Insert another function after list

Hi All,

Sort of new and looking for help on inserting another function after a list. Not sure how to get this to work / close up the list after a choice is made and then auto insert another function. Here is what I have:

Some alternatives:
- Copy %INSERT_'cp% part to all alternative phrases
- Use Selection Form macro instead of multiple substitutes
