Hello again with a new question,

I made some comments in Text Expander.
There are a total of 9 different options, which I can then do with the key 1-9. Now my question is: can I attach this pop-up window on the desktop permanently? It should not close automatically when I select an action with the key. I want to log in to zoom, then maybe turn the sound on and off, etc. When the window is opened, I don't need to press the new main key combination again. It should be similar to the Start menu and the selection with the toolbar. I hope you understand my question.

Many Greetings

Stefan

So you propose to add an option to allow the popup window with input and selection macros to stay active after triggering? We can check if this would be possible to implement in the future.

Exactly. I would love that and it would be a great idea. I'm looking forward to saying thank you.

Could you please give a few usage case examples so we can understand the requirement better? What’s the benefit vs a toolbar?

I am joining this topic because I think my question is going in the same direction.

To make bookings for the company, I repeatedly need a list of tax accounts and their corresponding descriptions.
I need this list in two programs and previously had a window in PhraseExpress that automatically opened when a specific software was in the foreground.
This way, the list of tax accounts was always available to me whenever I needed it, without me having to do anything. Well, except for creating the list beforehand.
In PhraseExpress, you could specify for a folder (in FastKeys, this would be a tab) that it always be displayed on the screen. Additionally, you could restrict the shortcuts to work only in certain programs.
I miss this list very much because now I have to awkwardly open OneNote to look up the tax accounts or search in the accounting software.
