Small Text Expander issues I've encountered

When configuring a text expander fopr manual confirmation, the manual confirmation prompt does not dissapear until I hit ESC key. for example a text expander set to "exp", when pressing EXP the manual confirmation prompt will appear to "do something" that you have configured, but if at that time you do not want to execute and just keep typing opening and ending words with spaces in between, then the prompt will not go away until you press ESCAPE key. This is very anoying, am I doing something wrong?

Currently the popup disappears when Space or Escape keys are pressed. Do you suggest any key should close it?

you are right I just tested it, this works. I am not sure what happened it might have bugged out once and this propmt did not disappear after pressing space.
