Auto complete enabled automatically upon saving

Each time I save an item after making modifications, the auto-complete feature is enabled automatically, despite having been disabled prior to editing. This is strange, I think it should remain disabled.

Mine stays disabled after editing. Can you please list exact steps?

This happens even when i just press ctrl+s. I'm using portable version of fastkeys.
