To load the default settings file use File/Open and select Setting.fdb file from Documents/FastKeys folder.
If you upgraded from version 4, try running FastKeys 4 and select File/Properties - see your Settings file path. Then run FastKeys 5 and use File/Open to load the settings file.

Have you determined the location of your settings file? Copy the file to Documents/FastKeys folder and then use File/Open to load it.
If this doesn’t work, please contact our support.

is that this error always occurs after my pc returns from suspension, reading another post that another person had problems, I tried to run as administrator and now if the program works, please solve that so that other people do not have to suffer.
post I saw:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1731
edit: it happened again even running it as administrator, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, don't touch anything in the configuration for this to happen, it's like the program's configuration is decoupled

In your case FastKeys cannot access or save the settings to the specified location path. What is the location of your settings file? Local disk, network? Is the path accessible at all times and you have the full access rights?
Please contact our support mail for more detailed help.
