Can FastKeys distinguish the cursor view (state)?

Can FastKeys distinguish the cursor view (state)? For example, when the cursor changes to "Text Cursor" (Carret), the "autocopy text" script was triggered. Or inserting text from the clipboard, by double-clicking with the left mouse button.
With the standard cursor view, everything would work by default.

Natively no. There may be some way to do this using AutoHotkey scripting.
