Nested menus

Hi, thanks for this great app!

I have noticed that when creating a nested menu item (with Include Files and Subfolders option), sometimes I get an message that there are too many menu entries. Why is this and what's the limitation?

This is to prevent too many menu items and consequently longer loading times. Current limitation is about 200 files or folders per menu.
