added string "test" (without the quotes) to exclusion list. Wrote test1234 4 times and it was saved in the learned file!

Sorry, I tried and can't reproduce this.
- what's the "Don't learn strings" entry (the video is small)?
- how do you open Quick find?

Hello Tom

I retried again and am able to replicate the issue.

For the sake of example I used test as the string and wrote test1234 3 times and the same was saved in the file.

Please find image attached.

Hm, I still cannot reproduce it on our side. Could you send your settings.fdb and settings.ini files to our support mail that we can check what might be the issue?

Great support from developer. Issue resolved. The error was due to ( character in the dont learn strings. Removing it resolved the issue.
