alt insert to make window always on top in Windows 11 dev channel

Hi there. So this is not that important but just wanted to share. I was using alt insert to make a window always on top before moving to windows dev channel but now that I'm using Windows 11 dev build, it's not working. This is most probably not due to you guys but that's my experience. Thanks in advance! PS: Love the software overall
