How about Categories for Text Expander

I use TE a lot. Having quite a few TEs, I think it would be great, just for the sake of organization, to be able to categorize
the different TEs. This feature is pretty common in most "Macro" programs.

Whaddaya Think? ;)

Thanks,
Steve

You can currently organize into tabs and phrase files. Could you please give an example of the software with such feature?

Ooo, sorry I didn't know about the tab thing. Thanks, I'll look in to that.

Sure, here are a few examples that I have personally used.

Shortkeys (I was using this when I purchased Fastkeys) https://www.shortkeys.com/

PhraseExpress (I've used this before) https://www.phraseexpress.com/

TextExpander (Software as a service) https://textexpander.com/

These are just a few examples of TE type programs.

One of the Macro Type Programs that I used to use which includes this function is

MacroExpress (Made by the same people who make shortkeys) https://www.macros.com/

Now you can see why I think FastKeys is such a GREAT value.

Hope that helps.

Thanks again,
Steve
