True Dark theme

Please take up the mighty task of bringing the true dark theme as for as WIN32 apps by adopting the Microsoft's fluent UI. I know it requires code to be rewritten which is time consuming and labor intensive, but it is worth a shot as it will transform the UI of fastkeys a lot and change the UI experiencec the whole new level.
