Hi everybody,

i am very new to Fast Keys - so have mercy on me
Can somebody tell me why i am not able to open any files or folders with the shortcuts i've created.
In the attachment there is a screenshot of one of my shortcut command window.
I appreciate any help.

Hi Kavi and welcome to the forum.
The easiest is to click on Open button and then select the file/folder. Your link to the image is not working, you can post your command.

thank you for a quick reply!
Yes, i tried both - used the "open" button and typed the folder's address manually. Neither worked.

Here is the contents of one of my command window
Shortcut Str + L
Type open
Command D:\Users\Kavi\Desktop\Tuning

And how do i insert an image to my post?

Try another shortcut and try another folder to see what's the problem. Try also provided examples in Start menu - do they work?

The examples in the startmenu work all right.
I've tried quite a few combinations with different keys and different folders. None work so far.

Can you try
Shortcut: Alt + X
Command: C:\Program Files
?

I've tried that. No luck.
I also tried and switched to different keyboard layouts. No luck here as well.

Try reloading FastKeys after changing the language.

Still nothing.

So none of the example shortcuts work?
Please send your settings.fdb file to our support mail and I will check.
