Posting a new topic

Hi
I'll put this in General Discussion though perhaps it should go under Suggestions. it's probably blindingly simple to others. Whenever I want to post a new topic, I spend forever trying to remember how to do this. If I go to the FAQ, it advises 'To post a new topic in a forum, click "New Topic".' Yes, but where is this button to be found?
Of course, it turns out - as I've just discovered again - it's at the bottom of the General Discussion list. So, could this just be added to the FAQ? It saves a lot of hunting if, for example, you only read New Posts (where it can't be found).
If so, the revised FAQ might read: 'To post a new topic in a forum, click "New Topic" which is found at the bottom of the General Discussion list'.
Of course, this may be obvious to everyone but me.
