Unwanted double actions

I have recently encountered an issue that is intermittently causing all kinds of problems for me.

I have a Shortcut - lets call it SC1 - that is mapped to Ctrl + Win + LButton and that triggers a Command to do "Send ABC123 etc...". I also have another shortcut - lets call it SC2 - that is mapped to Ctrl + Win + C, sometimes and only sometimes this shortcut is executed during SC1.

How can I avoid this?

It works for me. Could you check your key attributes?

If still not working, could you post or send me the commands?
