Run programs with maximized windows

I cannot find a simply way to run programs with maximized window state.
In previous program I could easily set it up, in FastKeys it seems to me that I need to use a script for that.
Please share the script or implement the feature as soon as possible.

You can make a shortcut, type: Command.

The command is something like: run P:\path to executable\executable name.exe,,max
