Hello,
I think Fastkeys meets many of the features I'm looking for to automate my daily tasks.
I currently use PhraseExpander to manage my recurring texts.
I would need to find a way of working in FastKeys that I use with PhraseExpander, but I can't do it with just my skills and the basic FastKeys tools.
Also, I am looking for someone who can help me develop a script to get a text column (word list) from a CSV file and create an automated word list from it in FastKeys.
Since the basic TXT CSV file regularly implements new lines, some sort of routine would have to run regularly or on demand to update its correspondence in FastKeys.
Finally, automatic words should only be triggered when preceded by a certain prefix (e.g. *,-,#).
I don't know if I've made myself clear, but if anyone is interested in this case, I'm willing to pay them what I can afford :-)
I am at your disposal for any further information.
Yours sincerely.
Edgar

So you basically wish to import the phrases from a csv file to the Phrase file which can then be used in FastKeys?
Have you tried the File/Import? If this doesn't work, you can contact our support email.

Hello Tom,
Thank you for your answer.
Yes, I did see that there was an easy native function to import files, but my needs are different.
It would have to have some kind of link with this CSV file, with an update of the imported data updating the list of automatic expressions in FK. This could be done with a timer or some kind of trigger.
I haven't figured out how to do this simply with my modest skills.
If you can think of another solution in this sense, I am at your disposal.
Thanks for your help.

Another alternative you could try is using Text File Lookup macro.
https://www.fastkeysautomation.com/docu ... ookup.html

This will allow you to dynamically select the contents from your text file.
If this doesn't help, you can contact our support.

Hello Tom,
Thank you for your feedback.
It is indeed towards this type of function that I have already looked.
In spirit, it does retrieve my CSV TXT file and I can ask it to select only one column.
That's fine... but ;-)
It opens a dialog box that I wish I didn't have.
And moreover, when I type a value to find it in the word list, it only shows me the words starting with these letters, but if these letters are inside the text or slightly different, it does not show me the occurrence
I would have liked to get the same function as in a "Wordlist File", which shows me the occurrences even when the letters typed are inside a word.
Is there any way to get the result of my %TABLE_categ% to generate a Wordlist File in another way (command, macro, autohotkey functions)?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
Kind regards.

This is certainly possible but would require scripting with AutoHotkey.

Hello Tom,
This is indeed what I suspected, hence my search for someone who could develop an AutoHotkey script for me as I wouldn't know how to do it myself.
Do you know someone who could do it?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you in advance.
With kind regards.
