I am using the trial version to make a decision so I can replace Breevy but am getting lost in the weeds.

I want to have multiple, separate phrase folders that are active one at a time since I use the same abbreviations but with different text. Is this possible?

So far I have setup separate phrase files but when I add an abbreviation it is limited to the text i.e. there is no option for input fields. Is this a restriction?

I did create text expansions with the input fields but they are under Phrase files as a standalone item that apparently cannot be moved to one of my phrase folders. Am I missing something?

Thanks for any help.

Phrase files are intended for simple text expansions without macros. You can create separate settings and load them when needed. Use File/Save as to save the file under a different name and File/Open to open file.
