Hello,

I'm working on a text expanding scenario that I would like to have a few dozen snippets of text that are to be called by the Quick Find tool, and not have any string associated to them.

For example, I have a "Send" expansion with some text, and a description for it, but I don't want to have any string that will activate that expansion, so that the only way to use it is to find that Description in the Quick Find window. Is this possible with FastKeys? If I try to leave the string field empty, it doesn't save.

Thank you in advance!

No, it is not possible to create a Text Expander item without abbreviation.
Why not using Start menu entry for this?

Thank you, Marko! That is a great idea, and I think it will work.
