I would like to organize my various items according to purpose, for quick reference in case I should forget (or want to edit) a trigger. To this end I have set up tabs in my start menu for browser, mail, and other programs--and I have copied the items from Text Expander and from Shortcuts to start menu tabs named for those respective purposes/programs. But now I see that this organization is useless to me, because displaying the start menu item does not tell me the trigger. How can I accomplish the organization that I want for my items?

Tom, I'm not sure I follow your one-word answer. Are you saying that the best way to organize my Fastkey items is to print them out, and then if I need to make changes to separately access them in the program? If so, this does not seem to be what I want to do.

I understood you need a quick reference. You could also use
- Quick find menu (Alt-Space, Preferences/Shortcuts)
- "Show suggestions as you type" option (Preferences/Text Expander)
