Does this happen with any phrase? Try to reset ALL Preferences to defaults first.
Do you use a Rich Text formatting? You may need to increase the Paste Delay under Preferences/Text Expander/Advanced. Any difference?

I tested it on our computers but cannot reproduce the issue. Do you get an error message? Please check your security software and make sure it doesn't block FastKeys.

Double click on a shortcut entry field - you can enter any shortcut following AutoHotkey syntax.

You should remove the first line (F7) from the script to work as a start menu item.

There is no change in file formats. Just use File/Open and select your settings file.
