I'm currently using ~ as my default prefix for shortcuts. However, the ~ is used frequently in real life. However, ` is rarely used (Shift-~). If I replace ~ with ` in Fast Keys, ` doesn't trigger completion.

I want to turn off Fast Keys in GVim and ConEmu. I captured the windows names with the tool. However, the following string

ahk_exe gvim.exe;ahk_exe ConEmu64.exe

in Settings > Text Expander > Restrictions > Not Active In

doesn't seem to work.

I love that it gives me a drop down on ~ because I can never remember my shortcuts!

I don't think so. I used to have phrase express but I unstalled it. Let me shut everything else down and see if something else is causing it.
