Marko wrote: Jun 26th, ’19, 07:10 This is not possible. But you could make your own start menus with AutoHotkey script. ;)
Interesting!
Could you please give a lead about the AHK command/functionality name which supports building start menus?
Thank you 👍

Possible set ctrl pressed x2 as 'start menu' shortcut?

Hi,
I'd like to press ctrl two times and launch FastKeys 'start menu'.
Is it possible to set ctrl 2x as 'start menu' shortcut?
Thank you!

Re: How to copy file to clipboard (from specific path) and paste?

What are the usage examples of such templates? Think about having in a single place (FastKeys) all templates for every software you use. In other words, think on Fastkeys as a hub for templates (Word, Excel, AHK script, etc.). From the file explorer, just select through AHK start menu (snapshot bel...

Re: How to copy file to clipboard (from specific path) and paste?

Hi Marko, The script works marvelously! Thank you! IMO this is a very handy functionality. I would suggest you add it as a drop-down start menu item type (snapshot below). For instance, when "template" is selected, a field to add the file path would appear. From the user side, it is necess...

Re: How to copy file to clipboard (from specific path) and paste?

Marko wrote: Jun 3rd, ’19, 11:33 Hi Carlos, as you may have figured it out, this is not that easy. There are some functions available - could you try them with a new 4.19 version?
Hi Marko, this was a tough one!
Many thanks for addressing it!
Could you please inform the functions for testing?

Re: Auto complete wordlist: possible write "#word" to trigger but Fastkeys inserting "word" (without #)?

Hi Marko, Many thanks for the implementation of the functionality in v4.19! Tested and working marvelously! For reflexion, maybe a complement to the functionality name could make its usage clearer: - Prefixes removal - Prefixes (removal when auto-completing) - Prefixes to be removed etc. Best regard...

Re: How to copy file to clipboard (from specific path) and paste?

Hi,
I'm still without finding out a solution.
I recorded a screencast detailing what I'm trying to implement in Fastkeys: http://bit.ly/2VQpFfi
Any direction?
Thank you very much!

Re: Auto complete wordlist: possible write "#word" to trigger but Fastkeys inserting "word" (without #)?

Thanks Carlos, good ideas. We will proceed with the global option first which is relatively easy to implement. Other solutions are more complex and would require some changes of how FastKeys currently operates - I will put it on the wish-list and see if such changes are feasible. Marvelous! You are...

Re: Auto complete wordlist: possible write "#word" to trigger but Fastkeys inserting "word" (without #)?

Hi Marko, Further reflexion: If in your case # or $ may be a prefix of a real tag words, why can't you choose other prefixes, like , . % & etc.? => I was taking literally the use of just three prefixes (# _ $), but from your last answer I realized you are going to let the user free for choose an...

Re: Auto complete wordlist: possible write "#word" to trigger but Fastkeys inserting "word" (without #)?

Hi Marko, Regarding the global setting "list of prefixes in Preferences/Auto Complete. Whenever any of listed prefixes would appear as a first character of the word, it would be removed". Considering my use case, I think a global setting would limit the potential of the forthcoming functio...
