Re: Windows 11 Issue
Sorry for delay in answering. I deleted both. However, it turns out that did not work. I have to pause FastKeys or exit the application. Also, I misspoke. I do not use Excel 2010, I use Excel 2003. Yes, I realize its very old, built I use Excel only for three spreadsheets loaded with macros that I h...

Re: Windows 11 Issue
Rather then exiting FastKeys, I am now pausing it.
Pausing it makes the problem go away.
Edit:
I have further found that if I deselect tab as as option in Preferences, general appearance and in text expander, then the problem goes away.

Re: Windows 11 Issue
Nope. That didn't work. I had to completely turn off FastKeys to get <alt><tab> to work correctly.

Re: Windows 11 Issue
I tried starting FastKeys again and turned off the check marks on the Office products in the Start Menu section.
This seems to have stopped the problem and I am running FastKeys regularly again.
Not sure why they should cause the problem, but whatever works works.

Windows 11 Issue
There is an issue in Windows 11 when using <alt><tab> to switch between applications. It is documented here . When alt-tabbing between an application and a Microsoft Office application (such as Word or Excel), the Word or Excel application frequently comes back into focus as if you had already enter...

Re: FastKeys preventing "v"
I think I have (sort of) solved this problem. The keyboard shortcut for clipboard manager was v. I had set the clipboard history to 0 to disable clipboard manager. (I do not want to use Fastkeys clipboard manager.) However, I still could not type the small letter V anywhere. I changed the shortcut f...

Re: FastKeys preventing "v"
Well, I guess I wasted my money on FastKeys.
It is unusable since it preVents from typing a small letter V anywhere.
I'll look for alternatiVe software.
It just totally ignores the small V key wheneVer I type it.
