There has to be one simple, basic, fundamental command, keystroke, menu I am missing.
I currently have to maneuver my (1) mouse to the taskbar, (2) right click, (3) click "Settings", (4) click, "Shortcuts".
4 commands to access the current settings of shortcuts program?
It's gotta be me, right?
NEWBIE icon flashes here.
Help?

Few alternatives:
- left click on a Tray icon (behavior can be changed in Preferences/General options)
- touch the upper screen edge and select Settings from a menu
- define a settings shortcut in Preferences/General/Shortcuts/Settings shortcut (fastest)
