It would be helpful if the textexpander supports sub-folders / labels or categories to organize phrases. For eg: like Emails, Websites, Work, Snippets. This would help us to find, edit , organize large number of custom phrases like Breevy.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

In FastKeys you can organize items into Tabs. Right click on any tab to create a new tab. You can also move items between tabs using Cut and Paste.

In addition you can create Phrase files to contain simple phrases.

Thank you for the warm welcome.
And good to know about tabs feature. Thank you.

How can I create a new phrase file? When I tried by "new" file/phrase file it says file does not exist.
Do I need to create a blank *.fkp file first?

No need to create a blank file first, FastKeys will do it for you - Insert/New Empty File.
